Article 1 Definition of the Site
This site means MADE IN JAPAN FINDER on the Internet shopping site operated by TMarks LLC .
Article 2 Formation of contract
A User who desires to purchase products (“Orderer”) shall accept the other terms, etc., set forth in these Terms and Conditions or indicated on the Website, and shall place an order for the products (“Order”) at the order page of the Website by entering therein and sending the name, email address, phone number and other required information of such User (“User’s Information”) as well as the necessary details including the contents of the order (“Order Information”) in accordance with the method designated by Our Company.
Article3 Settlement method
A method of payment of the purchase price of goods of the customer is transferred, and you can use payment by a credit card, PayPal and Alipay variously.
You cannot change after payment determined in the order screen will have signed a contract with.

Article 4 receipt
There will be no refund of the receipt.
Article 5 Sales price
Selling price can be changed by reentering the Order.However, for Purchase Agreements formed prior to the amendment to this Agreement, the Purchase Agreements formed prior to amendment of thisAgreement shall apply.
Article 6 Quantity Purchased
You may only purchase a maximum of one in one order.
Article 7 Returns or Exchanges
(1)Please note that we accept no return or exchange for all items.
(2)However, with the exception in the event that you have received defective product or the delivered product differs from the order description,return or replacement will be accepted.
(5)You have to use the return address label enclosed in the parcel sent to you by my shop for your convenience.
Article8 Passage of title and passage of risk
All items purchased on this site are subject to the terms of the delivery agreement, and regardless of the payment and delivery method you choose, once the carrier delivers the item to you, the risk of loss and ownership of the item will transfer to you.
Article 9 Termination Clause
We may terminate or take other appropriate action against Customer without prior notice if Customer. our company will not be responsible for any damages that may arise to you as a result.
(1)The delivery cannot be completed when the package is returned to our company by the shipping company due to unknown address or long absence of the customer even though the customer has visited the delivery location specified in the order.If you pay by credit card, we will refund the amount after deducting the product price to the designated account. By doing so, our company disclaims all liability or responsibility.
(2)In the event that the Customer’s designated credit card company notifies our company of the Customer’s credit default.
(3)When the product ordered from the customer is out of stock and cannot be delivered easily.
(4)Any other violation of our company ‘s Terms of Use.
Article 10 Disclaimer
Users shall judge credibility, accuracy, certainty, reliability, usefulness of information provided by our company as well as quality, accuracy, certainty, credibility and usefulness of other services and students agree to accept their own user responsibilities.
Article 11 Restriction of coverage
We does not make any warranties other than those expressly provided in these terms and conditions, express or implied regarding our product, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

However, for Purchase Agreements formed prior to the amendment to this Agreement, the Purchase Agreements formed prior to amendment of thisAgreement shall apply.
Article 14 Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with tha laws of Japan without reference to principles of conflict of laws.
The parties hereto submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court of Japan in respect to all controversies arising from or in relation to this Agreement, its performance, or any breach thereof.
